New software/KVM

Just switched to InputDirector from Synergy. Input Director is a Windows application that lets you control multiple Windows systems using the keyboard/mouse attached to one computer. Running on Windows 7 server and clients without a hitch. Doesn't suffer from the random "mouse spins" while running a full screen game with mouselook enabled. Highly recommend it.

My next project is the Home Entertainment center.

A single TV just seems inadequate. Looking for solutions now that the Nerd room is done.

Break glass in case of Sith!

Working on my Star Wars collection. Need a lot more light sabers. Eventually want one from each movie and a matching movies poster. This is my Nerd room.

amBX lights working.

WoW in surround gaming mode

Two more monitors added

Got the top row of monitors installed now. Triple screens on the bottoms row 3x 24" running at 5040x1050. Four 17" monitors across the top running standard 1280x1024. Added parts from a Ergotron DS100 Quad mount.

Think I might be exceeding the weight capacity of my desk.

Switch from Synergy to Input director for multi monitor mouse/keyboard control. Hopefully I will like it as much as I did Synergy.

Specs:

It has begun!

The new PC build is underway so far things looking pretty good. Got Windows 7 installed without a hitch. Benchmarked it untweaked, results look less than stellar.
Will need to performance tune. But overall looks like it's working.

Widescreen gaming working

Finally got the Matrox unit up and running. It's very sweet. Highly recommend it.
